Description

Lead ServiceNow development with a focus on App Engine and Service Catalog modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ServiceNow applications using App Engine and custom scripting.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog modules, specifically for Supplier Management.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and JSON.
• Drive development within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Utilize Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools to streamline processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow Business Rules and scripting.
• Deep expertise in App Engine.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in Integration and API development using REST and JSON.
• 2+ years of experience with Catalog Builder or similar citizen developer tools.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow application development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, or Amelia.
• Proficiency in Report Analytics, Workspace, Survey, ITSM, or CMDB modules.
