Description

You will lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Operational Intelligence modules.
• Integrate ITOM solutions with enterprise IT systems to streamline operations.
• Develop automated workflows and scripts using JavaScript and PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert-level support for deployed solutions.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps modules.
• Proven track record implementing Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Deep understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and service maps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and PowerShell for automation and scripting.
• Expertise in troubleshooting within ITOM solutions.
• Experience with Operational Intelligence and performance optimization.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITOM.
