Description

You will lead the design and development of custom ServiceNow solutions, from Catalog Items to complex integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex Flow Designer workflows, approvals, routing logic, and Decision Tables.
• Develop and maintain custom Service Portals, including UI components, custom widgets, and responsive UX designs.
• Write and optimize client scripts, server-side scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
• Oversee update set strategies, environment promotions, and automated testing to ensure high-quality releases.
• Guide architectural decisions on customization versus configuration and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development with deep expertise in ServiceNow platform.
• Proven ability to design and build Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Order Guides.
• Strong proficiency in Service Portal development, including custom widgets and UI policies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration patterns and API management.
• Skilled in creating dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for executive and operational use.
• Ability to translate business requirements from Product Managers and Business Analysts into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing offshore development teams and third-party vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and regression testing strategies.
