You will partner with product owners and tech leads to improve next-generation customer service systems on the Promise 360 Life Claims Technology team. You will code, test, and debug new and existing applications to implement capabilities that solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Configure and build applications using modern design patterns and architectural principles for Salesforce.
- Design business logic and integration patterns using modern data, integration, and security standards.
- Write unit, integration, and functional automation tests to address quality assurance findings.
- Coach team members and embed learning and innovation into day-to-day agile workflows.
- Analyze intangible variables to solve complex problems requiring deep technical evaluation.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Salesforce Platform.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and administration.
- Strong UI skills including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS within the Salesforce Lightning framework.
- Expertise in integration patterns, web services, and security protocols (SSL, OAuth, SAML).
- Experience with Advanced Flows, Platform Events, Large Data Volumes, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, encryption, and digital signatures.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with DevOps automation tools (Bitbucket) and testing tools (SOAPUI, Postman, Selenium).
- Functional knowledge of Financial Services Cloud within the banking or insurance sectors.
