Description

Lead technical development and project management for Shopify-based e-commerce platforms. Own the full lifecycle of headless storefronts and app extensions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects.
• Build and deploy headless storefronts using Hydrogen and Shopify Liquid themes.
• Develop and manage app extensions, storefront APIs, and customer account APIs.
• Integrate Shopify with third-party applications, payment gateways, and platforms like AEM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Shopify ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in e-commerce development.
• 5+ years of specialized experience in Shopify and Shopify Plus development.
• Expertise in Liquid theme creation and Hydrogen setup/deployment.
• Proficiency in GraphQL APIs and RESTful APIs.
• Strong command of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify app management and third-party API integrations.
• Proficiency using Git for source control.
• Experience with headless architecture and Single Page Applications (SPA).

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with front-end teams on custom SPA and headless architectures.
