Description

Lead SRE transformations for enterprise clients while managing large-scale distributed systems. You will design, analyze, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure, automate routine tasks, and optimize code to improve system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive SRE transformation journeys for enterprise clients through direct consulting.
• Design, analyze, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems.
• Implement data governance processes, including data catalogs, lineage tools, and RBAC.
• Collaborate across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize technical needs.
• Manage change and release processes for production environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering experience on enterprise production platforms.
• 3+ years of consulting experience driving enterprise SRE transformations.
• Expertise with Prometheus and Grafana for observability.
• Experience with Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, MapReduce, Impala, NiFi, Looker, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Data Cloud Platforms: Snowflake and Databricks.
• Proficiency in AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong coding ability in Python, Java, C#, Golang, C, C++, Perl, or Ruby.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing efficient CI/CD flows from dev to prod.
