Description

You will design, implement, and support highly available cloud infrastructure following SRE best practices. You will lead initiatives to improve system reliability, availability, and operational maturity through automation and engineering excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs), indicators (SLIs), and error budgets for critical business services.
• Develop observability strategies using Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and alerting solutions.
• Lead incident response for high-severity events and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for cloud provisioning and configuration.
• Drive automation of operational workflows, deployments, and recovery procedures to enhance platform stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Monitor, and Application Insights.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with Dynatrace and OpenTelemetry (OTel) for monitoring and distributed tracing.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing comprehensive observability strategies and dashboards.
• Background in performance testing, resiliency validation, and disaster recovery planning.
