Description

Lead SRE initiatives for Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, focusing on system reliability, observability, and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for critical business services.
• Build end-to-end observability strategies using Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, and Azure-native monitoring tools.
• Drive incident response, leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinating cross-functional recovery efforts.
• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for environment standardization.
• Automate operational workflows, deployments, and regression testing to improve platform stability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Cloud Engineering.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Monitor, and Log Analytics.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Experience implementing observability with Dynatrace and OpenTelemetry.
• Proven track record in CI/CD pipeline design and SDLC integration.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of tenure in previous SRE or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Experience mentoring engineers on SRE principles and operational best practices.
