Lead reliability, automation, and observability initiatives for critical cloud infrastructure and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Azure-native services.
• Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets to drive system reliability and operational maturity.
• Develop comprehensive observability strategies using Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing.
• Lead incident response, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
• Drive automation of deployments, recovery procedures, and operational workflows to reduce toil.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Monitor, and Application Insights.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools: Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, metrics, logging, and alerting.
• Solid scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell for automation and operational tasks.
• Deep understanding of SRE best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system resilience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
