Description

Lead the design and implementation of highly available, scalable systems while driving automation and SRE best practices across teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance monitoring, observability, and performance.
• Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead SRE initiatives across teams.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps.
• 1–2 years of leadership or mentoring experience.
• Cloud Platforms: Azure (primary), AWS.
• Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift.
• Scripting Languages: Python, Bash, Ruby.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform.
• Monitoring & Observability: Azure Monitor, Application Insights.
• Systems: Linux, Java, Spark, SQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Machine Learning platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and networking concepts (VPC, DNS, API Gateway, CDN, WAF).
