Description

You will serve as the technical authority for Azure and Terraform, guiding teams on SRE practices and approving production changes. This platform-focused role requires deep expertise in SRE principles, Azure Landing Zones, and DevOps enablement to reduce operational toil and build resilient systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate Azure Hub-and-Spoke Landing Zone architectures.
• Define Terraform best practices, state management, drift detection, and CI/CD integration.
• Build and maintain CI/CD foundations using GitHub Actions.
• Lead major incident management following ITIL processes and partner with security teams.
• Mentor SRE teams and evangelize SRE principles including availability and resilience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability or Platform Engineering.
• Deep expertise in Azure Platform, including Landing Zones and Hub-and-Spoke models.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ITIL processes and incident management.
• Knowledge of RBAC, IAM, Managed Identities, and Azure Key Vault.
• Ability to define and track platform-level SLIs/SLOs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Policy and standardized platform controls.
• Background in driving SRE culture and setting technical direction.
