Description

You will lead Site Reliability Engineering efforts across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Champion site reliability culture and practices, exerting technical influence across the team.
• Lead initiatives to improve application and platform reliability using data-driven analytics.
• Collaborate to define service level indicators and establish appropriate service level objectives.
• Act as the primary contact during major incidents to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Document and share organizational knowledge via internal forums and communities of practice.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SRE principles and DevOps tools.
• Proficiency in Python, DevOps, Linux, and SQL.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Splunk.
• Experience with monitoring and observability practices.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with containers and cloud computing environments.
• Knowledge of relational databases like Oracle and Postgres.
