Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle, from high-level architectural design and technical spikes to production support.
• Design and implement microservices-based solutions using REST APIs, ensuring testability and scalability.
• Lead technical team members through mentoring, code reviews, and guidance on complex distributed environments.
• Define technical specifications, interface diagrams, and architectural runways for new business features.
• Drive delivery of committed PI objectives while maintaining high quality standards and contributing to backlog grooming.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of full-stack development experience with hands-on design and implementation of application modules.
• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Angular, and React JS.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and building responsive user interfaces.
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and REST API design.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and deployment practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS/ECE/EEE/IT or equivalent) or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure PaaS services (Redis, Blob, RabbitMQ), DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps), and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of database modeling, MS SQL, and Python scripting.
• Aerospace or aviation domain experience.
