Lead software architecture and component design, aligning solutions with business goals across the full delivery lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-assisted engineering by selecting, standardizing, and governing AI tools to improve productivity, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to guide solution design, estimation, and requirement refinement.
• Resolve system issues, coordinate incident management, and optimize performance.
• Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, quality assurance (including AI-generated code), and ethical AI practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and build business cases to enhance solution capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture and component design.
• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices Development.
• Proficiency in Angular (13+) and MVC architecture.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of API integration, OAuth2, JWT authentication, and dependency injection.
• Understanding of AI-assisted engineering, including Prompt Engineering and RAG.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security, AI Risk & Governance, and Quality Assurance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical leadership and team capability development.
• Background in managing cyber risk and ethical AI practices.
