Design and deploy production-ready machine learning solutions that drive business outcomes and process efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML models for content recommendations, predictive analytics, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with data product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to identify AI/ML opportunities.
• Track and optimize model performance using data augmentation, feature development, and offline/online evaluations.
• Maintain ML models to solve real-world challenges throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in Causal AI, Reinforcement Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Scala, Go, or Rust.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML models in production.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices including build and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with MLOps platforms like Kubeflow or MLFlow.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools including Langchain, LlamaIndex, and open-source Vector Databases.

Preferred Skills

• Background in life sciences or a related field.
