You will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of software solutions using Java and RESTful APIs.
• Implement and enforce software development best practices, design principles, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical designs.
• Own the full lifecycle of software development, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering skill development and adherence to engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in software design and development using Java.
• Strong expertise in Multithreading, Concurrency, and scalable system design.
• Proven experience in low-latency application development and distributed systems.
• Experience with REST API implementation and integration.
• Prior exposure to SOAP-based integrations and enterprise-level service-oriented architectures.
• Ability to provide L3 production support across global regions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder management experience.
