Lead the design, development, and maintenance of embedded and system-level software components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, high-performance software solutions for embedded systems.
• Implement and maintain modules in C and C++ using modern standards.
• Design and implement safe, efficient multi-threading and concurrency mechanisms.
• Mentor junior engineers on complex system issues and coding standards.
• Collaborate with hardware and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++ with deep object-oriented programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems development.
• Familiarity with RTOS concepts and implementation.
• Experience working in Linux-based environments.
• Knowledge of STL and modern C++ features (e.g., smart pointers).
• Understanding of multi-threading and concurrency mechanisms.
• Ability to design software that prioritizes scalability and maintainability.
