Description

You will lead technical staff in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET Core applications on Azure PaaS. You own the release pipeline, resolve complex defects, and ensure code quality through rigorous reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed design and implementation of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, and Azure PaaS.
• Define technical requirements, estimate work, and finalize development plans in collaboration with product owners.
• Resolve complex break/fix issues and coordinate with vendors or senior architects to eliminate blockers.
• Enforce development standards through code quality reviews, compliance scans, and regular pull request assessments.
• Perform unit and integration testing, and support operations during deployment across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET Core and C#.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and GitHub for CI/CD pipeline management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS, including Web APIs and integration with native/partner solutions.
• Strong database skills with NoSQL (Azure Cosmos, MongoDB), SQL Server, Azure SQL, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Entity Framework, stored procedures, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead design discussions, identify edge cases, and mentor team members.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud networking, security, identity access management (Entra ID), and serverless functions.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management domains.
