Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET Core and C#, while mentoring the technical team and ensuring code quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed design and implementation of software components using .NET Core, C#, and Azure PaaS.
• Oversee technical staff, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
• Translate user requirements into technical solutions, leading design discussions and estimating work plans.
• Resolve complex break/fix issues and troubleshoot integration problems with Microsoft native and partner solutions.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub, supporting deployment across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET Core and C#.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• Experience with Azure PaaS, Web APIs, and integrating Microsoft native and partner solutions.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
• Ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and manage delivery risks.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for tracking and planning.
• Strong communication skills for leading design meetings and technical breakdowns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), serverless functions, and containers.
• Knowledge of databases including SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of supply chain management domain concepts.
