Description

You will lead the technical development, design, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, and Azure. You will own the release pipeline, mentor the team, and resolve complex architectural and defect issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical staff in developing code, unit tests, and integrations using .NET Core, C#, and Azure PaaS.
• Lead detailed design discussions, interpret user requirements, and define business requirements with the team.
• Resolve complex break/fix issues and collaborate with vendors or senior staff to eliminate blockers.
• Execute unit and integration testing, enforce development standards via code reviews, and ensure compliance scans pass.
• Support operations during deployment across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with .NET Core, C#, and API Development (Web APIs).
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and GitHub for CI/CD pipelines and source control.
• Experience with Azure PaaS, including Serverless Functions, containers, and cloud networking.
• Strong knowledge of databases: SQL Server, Azure SQL, NoSQL (Cosmos DB, MongoDB), and performance tuning.
• Ability to design scalable systems using established patterns and ensure security/identity access (Entra ID).
• Experience mentoring developers, leading tech breakdowns, and influencing decisions without direct authority.
