Description

Lead the technical direction, design, and delivery of .NET Core applications while mentoring the development team and resolving complex system issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical staff and direct the development, enhancement, and maintenance of software systems.
• Lead design discussions and detailed technical design of components based on user stories and architectural patterns.
• Resolve complex break/fix issues and coordinate with vendors or senior staff to solve difficult problems.
• Execute unit and integration testing, ensuring code quality through reviews and compliance scans.
• Support operations during deployment across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
• Ability to implement core integrations using Web APIs and Microsoft native solutions.
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
• Experience with SQL Server, stored procedure development, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Azure Cosmos DB or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft Bicep templates.
• Understanding of cloud networking, security, and identity access management with EntraId.
