You will lead the development of scalable web applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable web applications using Python, Flask and Django frameworks.
• Design and optimize real-time data pipelines and web data collection for e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
• Drive project delivery end-to-end, owning technical decisions and managing project timelines.
• Mentor junior developers and foster technical excellence within the development team.
• Research and integrate emerging AI technologies to deliver measurable business value.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with solid backend engineering.
• Expertise in Python, Django, Flask, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
• Proven experience with Web Scraping techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in technical leadership and team ownership.
• Experience operating within AWS environments.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of technical projects in fast-paced settings.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or training junior engineers or interns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and optimizing scalable applications.
• Familiarity with Jenkins or other scheduler/automation pipelines.
