You will lead the development of scalable web applications and own technical delivery from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable web applications using Python, Flask, and Django.
• Design and optimize real-time data pipelines and web data collection for e-commerce platforms.
• Drive project delivery end-to-end, owning technical decisions and managing timelines.
• Mentor junior developers and foster technical excellence within the team.
• Research and integrate emerging AI technologies to build business value.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with strong backend engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and Flask.
• Advanced SQL skills, including schema design and query optimization with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience in web scraping for e-commerce or large marketplace websites.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Demonstrated leadership and project ownership capabilities.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or training junior engineers or interns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating emerging AI technologies into production systems.
