Description

You will lead technical direction and architect scalable e-commerce solutions using MACH principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Architect and develop modular e-commerce solutions on Shopify Plus using custom themes and headless storefronts.
• Design and implement microservices, API-first, and cloud-native architectures.
• Oversee integrations with third-party services including CMS, PIM, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Ensure system security, performance, and scalability within the e-commerce ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Shopify Plus, Liquid, Storefront API, and Shopify Hydrogen.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as GCP or Netlify.
• Experience with Headless CMS tools like Contentstack or Contentful.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with serverless architecture and JAMstack.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Background leading multi-disciplinary or remote teams.
