You will lead the design and development of scalable applications and ServiceNow solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications and ServiceNow solutions.
• Guide and mentor development teams through code reviews and best practices in clean code and design patterns.
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives by integrating AI services into existing platforms and developing intelligent automation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
• ServiceNow development expertise including Workflows, Catalogs, IntegrationHub, and CMDB.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
• Experience with DevOps principles, Docker, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of architectural models including domain-driven design, microservices, event-driven, and micro-frontend architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, OpenAI, or Azure Cognitive Services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM).
• Experience with React, Node.js, and agile/scrum methodologies.
• Experience implementing AI-driven workflows or chatbots within enterprise platforms.
