Description

You will lead software development projects on the ServiceNow platform, integrating DevOps practices and mentoring team members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development efforts and mentor team members.
• Develop and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform using scripting APIs.
• Implement DevOps principles and CI/CD workflows.
• Integrate AI/ML tools and frameworks into existing development processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total software development experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or senior engineering role.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow development and scripting APIs.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, including Docker and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience implementing AI/ML within DevOps pipelines.
