Description

You will lead software development efforts with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, catalogs, and Integration Hub configurations.
• Manage and optimize CMDB data structures and integrations.
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Lead technical direction for software development projects.
• Integrate AI capabilities into development workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or senior engineering role.
• Extensive ServiceNow development experience (Workflows, Catalogs, Integration Hub, CMDB).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
• Experience with DevOps principles and Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
