Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable web applications using Python, Flask, and Django.
• Design and optimize real-time data pipelines and web data collection for e-commerce platforms.
• Drive project delivery while managing timelines and owning technical decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and foster technical excellence within the engineering team.
• Research and integrate emerging AI technologies to deliver measurable business value.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong backend engineering experience with Python, Django, and Flask.
• Strong experience in web scraping for e-commerce or large marketplace websites.
• Advanced SQL skills with MySQL and PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of technical projects.
• Proven experience managing, mentoring, or training junior engineers.
• Solid understanding of Software Development principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI technologies into production systems.
