Good to Have Skills: Experience with FPGA and EDA tools, knowledge of Vivado Design Suite, proficiency with debuggers and source code control systems like GitHub, understanding of CI/CD practices and unit testing, experience with profilers, background in hardware design and verification.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with software architecture specialists to develop and improve future products for FPGA design tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, EDA domain experts, QA, and customer engineering to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Design and implement core algorithms, data models, and modules across frontend and backend systems as needed.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for feature delivery including specification, development, integration, testing, and release processes.
• Mentor and grow engineers while participating in code reviews, technical coaching, and fostering best practices.
• Debug and fix existing issues while researching alternative, more efficient ways to accomplish development work.
• Develop technical relationships with peers and partners across the organization and industry.

Experience Required: Strong background in object-oriented programming with C/C++ expertise, experience with modern concurrent programming and threading APIs, ability to write high-quality code with attention to detail, effective communication and problem-solving skills, leadership experience with good interpersonal skills.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent preferred
