Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of core algorithms and modules for FPGA design tools, owning the end-to-end feature lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core algorithms, data models, and modules across frontend and backend systems.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for feature delivery, including specification, development, integration, testing, and release.
• Debug existing issues and research more efficient development methods.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and fostering best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, EDA experts, and QA to translate requirements into practical solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong background in Object-Oriented Programming with C++ expertise (5+ years).
• Proficiency in Algorithm Design and Data Structures.
• Experience with modern Concurrent Programming and Threading APIs.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development and Code Review.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FPGA and EDA tools, including Vivado Design Suite.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, unit testing, profilers, and debuggers.
• Background in hardware design and verification.
