Description

Lead the quality engineering architecture and technical oversight for software reliability across frontend, backend, and end-to-end flows.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to SDET and Quality Engineering teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, plans, and cases aligned with business requirements.
• Implement quality assurance practices within the Agile lifecycle, including story analysis, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Partner with developers to conduct performance and security testing to identify system bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development and quality assurance.
• 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.
• 5+ years of experience in Web, API, and/or Mobile testing.
• 5+ years of automation experience using Selenium, Appium, or Tosca Commander.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Experience with codeless test automation tools and frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and Cloud development environments.
• Experience working within Agile/DevSecOps frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSQA.
• Domain knowledge of life insurance and annuities.
