Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of software components using Adobe Target.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop application features and data models by interpreting specifications and creating HLD/LLD documentation.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including code debugging, unit testing, defect RCA, and release execution.
• Lead a team by setting goals, providing feedback, mentoring members, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and engineering processes.
• Interface directly with customers to clarify requirements, present design options, and conduct product demos.
• Oversee project delivery by managing user stories, estimating effort, and driving technical decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Target and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign.
• Solid understanding of DBMS.
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Ability to break down complex problems into logical components and design patterns.
• Experience in creating and reviewing technical documentation, including design specs and test cases.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant domain or technology certifications.
