You will spearhead the development of AI-powered solutions and drive technical strategy for enterprise-grade AI systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the implementation of complex, enterprise-scale AI systems, including RAG architectures and autonomous AI agents.
• Architect scalable AI model integration strategies using APIs, distributed data pipelines, and microservices.
• Define technical standards and best practices for AI system architecture across the organization.
• Champion MLOps and LLMOps practices, leading design and implementation initiatives.
• Lead technical architecture decisions, translating business requirements into scalable technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in senior or lead AI/ML roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks, specifically PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Jax.
• Proven experience with MLOps/LLMOps and managing the full lifecycle of enterprise AI applications.
• Deep understanding of machine learning principles and advanced evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with Generative AI/RAG/LLM and agentic tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
