Description

Key Responsibilities
✅ Partner with internal teams and external customers to understand workflows, pain points, goals, and technical requirements.
✅ Build production-quality software, integrations, automations, and AI/GenAI solutions that solve real-world business problems.
✅ Develop rapid prototypes and POCs, incorporate user feedback, and transition successful solutions into scalable production environments.
✅ Integrate APIs, data pipelines, third-party systems, and enterprise platforms while managing complex integration requirements.
✅ Conduct customer demos, gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and translate technical solutions into measurable business value.
✅ Identify recurring customer challenges and collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
✅ Monitor production solutions and improve reliability, performance, scalability, and adoption.
✅ Establish engineering standards, playbooks, processes, and tooling while mentoring junior engineers.
🔹 Required Experience & Technical Skills
✔️ 8+ years of software development experience with end-to-end ownership of complex projects.
✔️ Strong programming expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go.
✔️ Strong system-design skills, full-stack development experience, and API expertise.
✔️ Experience with SQL, data pipelines, Snowflake, Databricks, and/or AI/GenAI technologies.
✔️ Experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, or AI-enabled solutions is highly valuable.
✔️ Proven customer-facing / forward-deployed engineering experience.
✔️ Strong leadership, technical decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently, move quickly, and continuously iterate toward practical solutions.
