Description

Lead a team of engineers to design complex systems, mentor technical growth, and drive scalable AWS-based application development using SnapLogic and automated testing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable applications on AWS using CloudFormation, EC2, Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
• Integrate systems with databases and applications via SnapLogic and REST-based services.
• Implement automated testing strategies including TDD and ATDD, and perform load and performance tuning.
• Coach and mentor engineers to expand technical capabilities across the group.
• Drive knowledge sharing through technical blogs, demos, and open-source community involvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years designing, building, and deploying software.
• Proficiency in JAVA and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, specifically DynamoDB.
• Experience with SnapLogic and RESTful services.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Integration.
• Knowledge of Containers, Micro-services, and application-infrastructure relationships.
• Expertise in TDD and automated testing strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science.
