Description

Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex data products and large-scale features in an agile production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, including ingestion, modeling, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with data and software engineers to deliver enterprise-level solutions.
• Drive requirements and customer conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Implement data privacy best practices, including data anonymization and AI governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET/C#, and SQL Server.
• Strong experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Experience with object-oriented languages and relational database technologies.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage complex project lifecycles.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
• Ability to navigate complex data challenges and implement analytical models.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Python, Scala, Spark, and Hadoop platforms (Hive, Impala, Airflow, NiFi, Scoop).
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of Splunk or other monitoring and alerting solutions.
