Description

You will provide high-level technical leadership to drive system operability and resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and design of complex solutions, translating business requirements into technical implementations.
• Own the definition and implementation of improved operability for new and current systems to reduce incident volume and mean time to recover.
• Drive complex root cause analysis, problem management, and lead recovery efforts during major incidents.
• Manage detailed implementation and project plans across multiple workstreams, ensuring adherence to timelines and change management procedures.
• Author technical documentation, including complex change instructions, white papers for R&D projects, and operational standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with AWS.
• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Hands-on expertise with GitHub.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Ability to perform in-depth technical reviews and risk analysis of complex change programs.
• Experience managing change control to minimize service disruption and meet SLAs.
