Description

Lead the design and implementation of complex backend systems and microservices, owning components end-to-end from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions for complex business workflows while solving performance bottlenecks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues within large-scale distributed systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce high standards for code quality across the team.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver user-focused experiences.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in backend development.
• Expertise in Java and object-oriented development.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience building and scaling microservices in AWS environments.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL technologies.
• Background in developing backends for enterprise systems such as eCommerce, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Proven ability to debug, optimize, and manage large-scale systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
