Description
Lead complex, large-scale technology initiatives and establish engineering standards across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, debug, and document large-scale technology solutions.
- Drive companywide engineering best practices and establish technical standards.
- Analyze technical challenges and evaluate multiple factors to meet strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical experts and senior leadership to resolve complex issues.
- Mentor engineering teams and lead projects to meet technical deliverables.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring, Spring Data JPA, and Spring MVC.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and backend REST API development.
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database management.
- Experience with MongoDB.
- Knowledge of API and API Gateway implementation.
- Familiarity with RESTful services, XML, and JSON.
- Proven ability to design and document large-scale technology solutions.
