Description

Lead large-scale technology initiatives and establish engineering standards across the organization. Design, code, test, and document complex backend solutions while mentoring engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document large-scale technology solutions.
• Drive companywide engineering best practices and establish technical standards.
• Analyze technical challenges to meet strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve complex issues.
• Mentor engineering teams and lead projects to meet technical deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring, Spring Data JPA, and Spring MVC.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and backend REST API development.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database management.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Knowledge of API and API Gateway implementation.
• Familiarity with RESTful services, XML, and JSON.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to design and document large-scale technology solutions.
