Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Develop secure high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by other team members.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of applications.
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs.
• Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies.
• Contribute to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect within the engineering organization.
• Deliver system design, application development, testing, and operational stability with hands-on practical experience.

Experience Required: 8+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification on software engineering concepts. Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, proficiency in all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle, and demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within cloud, AI, ML, or mobile disciplines
