Description

You will lead the design, development, and evolution of core shared services supporting the product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve core shared services supporting product development across the ecosystem.
• Lead the development of scalable, secure, and reusable Java/J2EE-based services for foundational platforms.
• Drive continuous improvements in product quality, platform reliability, and operational excellence across shared services.
• Define and formalize best practices and standards for Java/J2EE development, API design, security, and service scalability.
• Design and implement cloud-native, containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant work experience (Bachelor's Degree) or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Java and J2EE.
• Deep experience with RESTful Services and API Design.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Platforms and DevOps practices.
• Solid knowledge of Security implementation in distributed systems.
• Proven track record in technical leadership with ownership of system design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD automation and observability tools.
