Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native microservices applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build secure, high-quality production code using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Architect scalable solutions with microservices, RESTful APIs, and zero-downtime release patterns.
• Execute end-to-end development, including technical troubleshooting and debugging of complex issues.
• Review code, drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices, and improve team delivery speed.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues for better operational stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to design solutions that avoid single points of failure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on code quality and testability.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification or experience with Azure/GCP.
• Banking domain experience and stakeholder management skills.
