You will lead the planning, development, and implementation of software solutions that meet business functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement quality software solutions to satisfy business requirements.
• Adhere to coding standards and industry best practices throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with the team to manage shared time-commitments and project timelines.
• Participate in group initiatives to improve development processes and product quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component development.
• Proven ability to work around Salesforce limits using asynchronous and batch processing.
• Experience with GIT-based source-driven development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and clean code principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Design, or a related field.
• Ability to work within an Agile environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or Software Design.
• Knowledge of modern web frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or JavaScript Developer.
