Domain experience - Accounting / Finance/ HR/ Procurement

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 4+ years of experience + PhD
• Track record of setting technical direction for a team, driving consensus and successful cross-functional partnerships
• Hands-on experience with managing enterprise scale platform development, integrations, and on-call production support
• Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques, especially in an enterprise environment
• Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes

Preferred qualifications

• Experience as a team lead and/or technical architect with a large scope across one or multiple domains (e.g. Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, or Procurement)
• In-depth knowledge of one or multiple functional domains (e.g. Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, or Procurement)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
