Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of enterprise software solutions, including design, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Develop and influence companywide engineering standards, patterns, and best practices for large-scale platforms and frameworks.
• Build and integrate GenAI and agentic AI capabilities (e.g., LLM/RAG-style approaches and agent workflows) into engineering processes.
• Partner with senior technical leaders to review complex solutions and make decisions for tactical and strategic business objectives.
• Mentor engineers and lead projects/teams to deliver high-quality outcomes with appropriate SDLC controls and governance.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 12 years of software engineering experience, with strong enterprise delivery background.
• Apex and Core Java for enterprise application development and backend services.
• Oracle and PL/SQL for database automation, stored procedures, and performance-aware data operations.
• Python for backend services and integration work, including GenAI enablement.
• GenAI and Agentic AI concepts for building and integrating AI-driven capabilities into engineering workflows.

Good to Have:

• Kubernetes for cloud-native deployment and operations.
• Regulatory Risk experience in a compliance-driven environment.
• SDLC knowledge, including risk controls and quality gates.

Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
