You will design, build, and maintain advanced machine learning and Generative AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML and GenAI solutions with Architects, Cloud Engineers, and CRM teams.
• Develop, deploy, and retrain ML models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Evaluate AI/ML models for performance, bias, and compliance with ethical AI standards.
• Design and deploy cloud-native AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Cloud Run.
• Provide technical guidance on AI/ML challenges and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI models (Gemini, GPT-4).
• Experience with traditional NLP and Deep Learning models.
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
