Description

You will design, build, evaluate, and retrain machine learning and GenAI systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML and GenAI models using Gemini, GPT-4, NLP, and Deep Learning.
• Retrain and optimize existing models for accuracy and efficiency.
• Evaluate models for performance, bias, and ethical compliance.
• Troubleshoot ML system issues and conduct regular testing.
• Collaborate with AI, Cloud, and CRM development teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an ML or AI Engineer.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and traditional ML models.
• Experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency with Terraform and Cloud Run.
• Proficiency with NLP and GenAI frameworks.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare payer domain.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
