Description

Lead the design, development, and rollout of complex software systems and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and test software applications for new products and system enhancements.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, including writing code for systems with little or no precedent.
• Lead technical projects by breaking down large requests into actionable sub-tasks and setting project schedules.
• Mentor and coach software engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Evaluate technical approaches and propose new tools or technology transformations to drive growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in C# and .NET.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Experience with C programming.
• Strong background in Data Analysis.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional, secure, and efficient technical requirements.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Capability to resolve complex, ambiguous technical issues through data evaluation.
