Description

Lead software design and development within an agile scrum team, coordinating technical tasks with offshore groups and translating customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions aligned with specific product requirements.
• Coordinate technical execution and deliverables with offshore development teams.
• Mentor junior team members to elevate technical proficiency and code quality.
• Participate in customer calls to capture requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Recommend and enforce industry best practices for software development activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in C++ software product development.
• Proficiency in C++11, C++14, and Standard Template Library (STL).
• Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Hands-on development experience in Linux environments.
• Deep understanding of multi-threaded architectures and complex data structures.
• Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals and established software design patterns.
• End-to-end experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with JIRA for tracking and SVN or similar version control systems.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience mentoring and building technical teams.
• Knowledge of Crank UI.
